LaundroLounge is a customized pickup and drop-off, wash & fold service.
Yes. If requested, items picked up by 12pm will be returned the same day, no later than 10pm.
Yes. If requested, we offer eco-friendly laundry detergents and fabric softeners that are gentle on the environment and your clothes, as well as machines designed to use less water and energy.
LaundroLounge is happy to wash your fur babies clothes and toys.
Please note: to avoid melting or other damage, we do not wash plastic toys.
LaundroLounge has partnered with select dry cleaners for service, with many who specialize in cleaning Class A and Class B uniforms. Original dry cleaners receipt will be returned with clothing.
Please note: same day dry cleaning service cannot be guaranteed.
Prices are determined by the pound. LaundroLounge workers arrive with a weight scale and items will be weighed in front of the customer before leaving with the load.
When items are ready, the customer will receive text and email communications with a link to pay. Upon payment confirmation, drop off will be scheduled.
Please note: all dry cleaning costs will be included in final invoice.
Safety is top priority, for you and our workers! All LaundroLounge services must be requested via account registration, where a "safe word" can be created. If the safe word is not used during pickup/drop-off, do not open the door.
